My name is Mark Simmons, and service has been the foundation of my life for more than three decades. I started working in the HVAC industry in 1993, learning the trade from the ground up. Over the years, I didn’t just gain experience—I built relationships, earned trust, and developed a deep understanding of what customers truly value: honesty, reliability, and someone who genuinely cares.

For nearly 20 years, through hard work and dedication, I played a key role in growing a small business into a multi-million dollar organization through leadership, customer focus and a relentless work ethic. As I was General Manager I led teams, trained technicians, improved customer service processes, and helped shape a culture built on accountability and pride in our work.

But titles have never defined me.
People do.

I’ve always believed that success comes from treating customers like family and employees like teammates. I’m known for paying attention to the little details, listening carefully to what people need, and making sure every job is done the right way—the first time.

Today, I’ve brought that same mindset to Southwest Florida, where I’m focused on helping homeowners with dependable, honest handyman and home service solutions. Whether it’s assembling furniture, making repairs, or tackling projects around the house, my goal is simple:

Make life easier for my customers and leave every home better than I found it.
